• How do I place a order?

Select the Shop tab and click the drop-down list. Choose a category eg dresses or dress suits. Click on the dress you would like which will open in another tab. The details, prices and sizes will be displayed there. If there is only one size of an item the size will appear in the title. Choose your size and add to cart. When you are done proceed  to check out, and follow the instructions for payment and shipping. You will receive an email with your order details and tracking ID. And your dress will arrive in no time!

  • Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered? 

Yes you can collect your order from us. In the checkout page select "Collection" instead of delivery. When your order has been paid for and is ready we will send you a message with the address details. 

  • Can I still order if I do not have a credit card? 

Yes. When you have identified the item you want, send us a message or WhatsApp on 0836231523. We will process your order and notify you when it is ready for delivery or collection. The order will only be delivered after full payment. Alternatively, select the S Code payment option. A unique pin number will be emailed to you. Take this number and the full amount to your nearest Checkers, PnP  or other partner shops, and pay at the till after presenting the pin number. We will be notified of your payment and send your item right along!

  • Returns and refunds

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within SEVEN days of receiving it, unused, in its original packaging and condition. We will cover the cost of returning the item  to us up to a maximum of R100, which we will refund as cash or as credit for your next purchase. We will ship an alternative to you, or give a full refund. No "change of mind" or size returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase. 

In the rare occasion that there is a defect in the clothing due to the manufacturing process, and the clothing is unsuitable for normal use, you may return the item to us within 3 Months of purchase. We will do our best to repair the clothing, failing which an exchange or  refund will be given in cash or as credit for your next purchase. "Change of mind" returns 

  • Where is your shop located? 

We currently operate as an online shop, handling and processing all orders online. We are based in Rivonia, Johannesburg, South Africa and this is where orders are dispatched from. Should you wish to come and see the clothing before buying you are welcome to do so by appointment.
